I have worked with numerous promotional marketing companies over the years, and without a doubt, my best experience has been with Brattain Merchandising. Cricket is unbelievably responsive, always knows just what I need (even when I don't), gets it done on time and in time - and the ordere is ALWAYS correct! Even for last-minute fire drills, she is my go-to supplier who can always pull the proverbial rabbit out of her hat. I used Cricket for the first time for several events I had going on this year. She was more than helpful, had great ideas, plenty of options to choice from and was a joy to work with. The product was extremely nice and upscale. My Auxillary Volunteers absolutely loved their key chains and Employees for Hospital Week enjoyed the lapel pins and lunch bags.
